How does the home inspection work?
The inspection process typically takes about 2 to 3 hours to complete. This, of course, may vary depending on the size and condition of the home. We strongly encourage you to accompany the Inspector during the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home. When the inspection is complete, you will be advised of any problems that were discovered. We will discuss solutions or needed actions along with routine maintenance that should be performed. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
